The Mission

Project Heal's mission is to develop and support leaders that impact the mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals in their community.

Group Overview


Project Heal is a cohort of mission-oriented leaders united in our passion to increase the internal wellbeing of historically underserved communities. Our programming brings emerging and trailblazing community healers together to further execute their mission through facilitated discussions, advisory sessions and networking opportunities. Through Project Heal, we seek to provide the resources necessary to help leaders transform the wellbeing of individuals within their communities.

Community of Like-Minded Leaders

Our organization provides a welcoming community of people who share your passion for healing work. You'll have the opportunity to connect with other community leaders, share ideas and resources, and collaborate on projects that promote healing and wellbeing.

Leadership Development Opportunities

We offer a variety of workshops, trainings, and other learning opportunities designed to help you grow and develop as a community leader. These opportunities include leadership development, communication skills, trauma-informed care, and self-care techniques.

Online Resource Center

Our organization maintains a resource library filled with materials on various topics related to community healing and wellbeing. Members have access to books, articles, videos, and other materials that can help them stay informed and up-to-date on the latest research and best practices.

Grant Opportunities

Our organization periodically offers grant opportunities to members who are working on healing projects in their communities. These grants can help provide funding for new initiatives or expand existing programs.

Advocacy and Networking

Our organization is committed to advocating for policies and programs that promote healing and wellbeing in communities. We also provide networking opportunities for members to connect with other organizations and leaders in the healing community.

What To Expect In Our Small Group Sessions


Small & Intimate

Meetings are private groups of 10-20 people. They are first come first serve through website registration. *Open to members only. 

Relevant Topics

The meetings cover important topics previously voted on by members. All topics are relevant to personal and leadership development. 

Discussion Based

Discussions offer interactive conversations where

varying points of

view are encouraged.

Led by leaders

Each meeting is lead by an experienced discussion leader

 for each topic.
