TGBG is a community that supports the development of the next generation of emerging minority leaders.

What is an
Established Member?

An established member is a senior level executive that is in a position to provide wisdom, resources and connections. We don't define an established member by age but through experience and capacity to give support.


  • Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise.
  • Takes a personal interest in the mentoring relationship.
  • Provides guidance and constructive feedback


What is an
Emerging Member?

An emerging member is a emerging leader that is in a stage of growth and further development of their business. This individual is active, engaged & makes an impact in the communities they served while accepting responsibility for their career success.
