We take the time to get to know each member personally, ensuring that every connection, resource, and experience we offer aligns with your growth as a leader. Here, leadership isn’t just a title—it’s a journey, and we’re committed to walking it with you.

Apply
The first step is simple, just choose your group and complete the application.

Walk-n-talk
Second step is a 1:1 walk-n-talk with a group leader. This casual meeting helps us get to know you and see if our community is the right fit for you.

ApProval
Once approved, pay your membership fee, then you'll gain access to our online community.

New member dinner
The final step to joining is an invitation to an intimate new members dinner, where we warmly welcome you into the community.
